I began my deep dive in the postpartum world in 2013 when I recognized the lack of education and support available to new parents. Since then, I have been dedicated to ensuring that all parents I work with are supported with love, care, respect and the upmost support they need to navigate this new joyous journey with confidence and ease.
In my spare time I enjoy going to new coffee shops and try the latest brew, walks on the beach, cooking for my loved ones (it's my love language) and just being with family and friends.
While you care for baby, I care for you.
You are diving into a whirlwind of life changes! Heck, learning what is happening to your body on the daily is a mystery in itself. On top of that you are trying to master the art of breastfeeding, to learn this new little human you just welcomed into the world, riding a rollercoaster of hormonal changes, and trying to adjust and wonder how soon things will go back to normal or how things were pre-baby era.
Lugging these new set of emotions and responsibilities can quickly make you wonder how soon, or should I ask for help? The answer is YES!!! If there was ever a time to shout, "HELP, PLEASE! " this is definitely it.
